Reset Password and/or Key Code
If you have forgotten your Password and/or Key Code then these can be reset and the new Password and/or Key Code emailed to you. To do this follow the following procedure.
(1) Select whether you would like to reset your Password, your Key Code or both in the form below.
(2) Click on the "Send me a confirmation email".
(3) Upon receiving the confirmation email follow the instructions given in the email.
